Cost - $40.00 prior to May 1st - $50.00 after May 1st - $20.00 for each additional cars.

The undersigned, desiring to enter the Tiburon Classic Car Show(TCCS) , does hereby tender his/her application for registration to this show on June 20, 2009. In consideration of the acceptance by the TCCS coordinating group of this application the undersigned does hereby agree to release the TCCS, the property owner, tenants, and all other participants from any and all liability arising out of the Tiburon Classic Car Show. The undersigned also: (1) Hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue the TCCS, sponsors, advertisers, participants, property owners and lessees (Releases) of the premises used to conduct this show. (2) Hereby agrees to indemnify and save and hold harmless the TCCS and coordinating individuals from any loss,liability, damage, or cost they may incur out of the show whether caused by negligence of TCCS personnel or otherwise. (3) Hereby agrees that this Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Riskand Indemnity Agreement extends to all acts by the TCCS or its personnel. If any portion hereof is held to be invalid, the balance of this Agreement shall continue in full force.

 The sponsoring group reserves the right to reject any auto that does not meet standards of the show coordinating group. All Driver must be 18 years of age or older and must possess a valid Drivers License and current Insurance Certificate.
